Unlocking the bootloader and using Magisk, KernelSU, or APatch allows you to open a whole new level of changing what your device looks. However, it can also cause a number of problems: for instance, you may trip the Play Integrity test. This test is important because with it banking and various payment applications can be used. When this test is failed, as stated above, many apps will stop working as they should normally.

Enabling Zygisk and flashing the Play Integrity Fix module may help solve this problem but there are times when the enabling of the Zygisk may cause issues with other modification works on the game files. In this guide, we will identify the actions necessary for flashing the Play Integrity Fix module in Scripts-only mode while keeping Zygisk disabled.

Prerequisites

First of all, you should always backup all your data to avoid loss during the process of upgrading or erasing your computer. There will be no responsibility held by us concerning any losses of data or problems of devices to happen.

Step 1: The next step only apply to those users that have Magisk installed: Disable Zygisk

• Now, unlock the Magisk application on your smartphone or tablet that you are using.
• And in order to do this, you need to go to settings.
• Make sure to turn off Zygisk. If you find that it is enabled then switch it off.

Step 2: Integrity Fork Module download

• Obtain the latest release of the module on your device you are using.

Step 3: The acronyms of the different types of work include: W 2 W for work with words, MWM for module with workmaster, and AM for the assessment module.

• Okay. Now access Magisk through its icon and navigate to the Modules tab.
• Next, tap on the “Install from Storage” key.
• Specify the path where the Play Integrity Fork module file you downloaded is located.
• Check that the installation has been completed and then click on the “Reboot” button once the procedure is accomplished.

Step 4: Make it so that the browser can only run scripts in Scripting mode.

• Insert the Solid File Manager app from the Play Store as the main one.
• In the first step, open the Solida File Manager and navigate the several folder options on the right hamburger menu.
• You can choose ‘Root’ to get full access of Root files. If asked for the password to Grant SuperUser permission, enter 1234.
• Navigate to the following directory: /data/adb/modules/playintegrityfix/.
• This should create therefore a new file named ‘scripts-only-mode’ in this directory.
• To recompile the Play Integrity Fork module, refer back to Step 3.
• Restart your device again.

Alternative Method:

To start with it is known as Command Prompt in the Windows operating system but colloquially, people refer to it as Root Prompt.

• In the terminal emulator on your device, type the command:
• Run the following command:

   mkdir -p /data/adb/modules/playintegrityfix; touch /data/adb/modules/playintegrityfix/scripts-only-mode

Verification

• Scroll up or down to the Modules tab and launch it or tap the Open icon of Magisk.
• Check that the Play Integrity Fork module is launched with Scripts-only checkbox selected. This will be clear in the description of the module as you develop it.

Important Considerations

• Persistence of Scripts-only Mode: The Scripts-only mode will continue to work because changing this value requires deleting the scripts-only-mode file and reflashing the module.
• Removal of Unused Files: Without any adjustment during installation, default mode files not used, such as a custom. pif. json, will be removed. This action fully revokes the Zygisk parts of the play integrity fix, mainly the exemption of attestation and device spoofing.

The following are the instructions for flashing the Play Integrity Fix module in the Scripts-only mode without the need to turn Zygisk on. The advantage of this method is that it enables the user to skip the Play Integrity test without simultaneously interfering with other modifications on the device.
